Q: How many times can a plastic bag be washed?
A: Still counting; upwards of 25-30 times for one bag to be washed and reused over and over again.

Q: Can plastic bags be put into the recycle bin with other plastics?
A: Not yet - so wash and reuse them!

Q: Won't the plastic bags melt in the dishwasher?
A: No they don't! Even on heated dry, the dishwasher temperature is in the range of 130 - 170 degrees Fahrenheit. So, with the typical dishwasher reaching an average temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, the plastic bags do not melt at these temperatures.

Q: Can the Washy Wonder save me money?
A: Yes - if you just rewash your kids sandwich sized plastic bags and your freezer storage bags for a month - you will save enough to offset your Washy Wonder purchase.

Q: What about BPA or dioxin in plastic bags?
A: The best way to avoid this situation is to purchase plastic bags: snack, sandwich, quart, freezer or vacuum seal that are name brands that do not contain BPA or dioxin at all such as Ziploc brand bags.

Q: Won't the plastic bags come off the Washy Wonder supports?
A: No, even if they are placed improperly, the bags rarely come off both supports and may end up wrapped around one support.

Q: What happens if the plastic bag comes off of the Washy Wonder support?
A: Try a different location for the supports on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. You can also try to place the supports closer together, farther apart or at angles.
